Thanks For An Amazing 2017!

Dear PhoneWagon Customers -

Wow. I’m so grateful for everything we accomplished in 2017. From participating in one of the top accelerators in the world to raising over a million dollars in venture capital, none of this would have been possible without you.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to express how truly grateful we are to have you as a customer. Phone calls are such an important part of business - the lifeblood, if you will - and you put your trust in us to deliver a world-class experience that ultimately helps you make better decisions and grow your business. And we take that very seriously.

I’ve gotten to know most of you personally which I think is the coolest thing. Most of you have also gotten to know Mike as well. We know most of you by name and we talk about you like you’re our friends. And we plan on keeping it this way. I firmly believe that being human, being approachable, relatable, and helpful at all times of day will lead us to building a great company.

Speaking of great company, that’s what we plan on doing over the long-term. I say this all the time but we really are in this for the long-run. We want to build a world-class product that helps you make more money and that you cannot live without. We want your feedback to make that happen. Good or bad - it helps us get better. And we are dedicated to making it happen. Fast.

I’m so excited for what we have in store for 2018. We are going to add more resources to our product team and hire someone to help with onboarding and customer success. We are going to invest in content marketing to help marketers build better businesses and share what we have done that worked (and didn’t work). We are only successful if you are successful and we are committed to your success.

In summary, I want to thank you for being a part of this journey. We are really transparent, whether through our Youtube videos or guest blog posts, and want to build a tight-knit community of like-minded people that are all building amazing companies. We did a lot in 2017 but make no mistake - we are just getting started. That was the foundation for what will happen over the next decade. I’m pumped that you’re coming along for the ride.
